Terms & Conditions
Workshop Terms & Conditions
Thank you for booking a Silverworks Studios workshop. I want your experience to be enjoyable from the moment you book, so these terms are simply here to make everything clear for everyone. Please have a quick read before making payment.
1. Your booking
Please check the workshop, date and time shown on your invoice before making payment. Your place is confirmed once payment has been received, and payment confirms that you are happy with the booking details and these terms.
2. Age requirement
Silverworks Studios workshops are for adults aged 18 and over. Young people aged 16-17 are very welcome to join a workshop when accompanied by a responsible adult who is also taking part.
3. If your plans change
I completely understand that plans sometimes change. If you give me at least 14 days' notice, I will be happy to transfer your booking to another available Silverworks Studios workshop.
With less than 14 days' notice, payments are normally non-refundable and non-transferable because materials and workshop arrangements will already have been made. If I am able to fill your place, however, I will always do my best to help.
You are also very welcome to give your place to someone else if you can no longer attend; just let me know their name beforehand.
4. If I need to cancel
In the unlikely event that I need to cancel a workshop, you will be offered a place on an alternative date or a full refund of your workshop fee.
5. Keeping everyone safe
Jewellery making is a hands-on activity and can involve tools, sharp edges, heat, soldering, polishing equipment and workshop chemicals. I will demonstrate each process and give you guidance throughout the session. For everyone's safety, please follow the instructions given when using tools and equipment.

Please wear closed-toe shoes. Long hair will need to be tied back and loose clothing or jewellery secured where necessary.
6. Pregnancy, medical conditions & additional needs
I want everyone to feel comfortable and able to enjoy the workshop. If you are pregnant, think you may be pregnant, have a medical condition, allergy, disability or any additional needs that may affect your participation, please get in touch before making payment.
I am very happy to explain what the workshop involves and discuss any reasonable adjustments that may help. You can then decide whether the workshop is suitable for you and, if appropriate, seek advice from your healthcare professional.
7. Photography
I may occasionally take photographs during workshops, including photographs of finished jewellery, to share on Silverworks Studios social media or for promotional purposes. If you would prefer not to be photographed, that's absolutely fine - just let me know.
8. Agreement
By making payment, you are confirming that you have checked the workshop, date and time on your invoice and have read and agreed to these Workshop Terms & Conditions.
Thank you - I look forward to welcoming you to Silverworks Studios.
